Scott Dahlstrom, owner and lead developer at WebScott, has spent the last five years developing web applications on a full-time basis. However, he has been programming in one language or another for over 20 years. For web programming, he uses PHP, a very powerful and widely used scripting language ideally suited for web-based applications.

Scott is certified by Zend, a company dedicated to the PHP language. By obtaining the title of a Zend Certified Engineer, Scott has proven his knowledge and skill in creating solid, secure, and robust PHP applications. At the time of this writing, he is one of only five Zend Certified Engineers in the entire state of Indiana.
